Job Description: CS Officer – Invoicer & Debt collection.
Reporting: CS Leader
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
Issuing draft invoice and send it to client for confirmation. Issuing the final invoice after confirmation and sending it to client following KPI and target. To fulfill Invoice log file and follow the report. To collect and remind the debt collection following KPI and target. To monitor and push for bad debt list Issuing the requested doccument relating to payment and sending it to client. Monthly completing report for FIN requirements. To complete other assignments from the leader and manager.

Graduated from University/ College in English, Business Admin or related major Pleasant personality and good communication skills Quite good at English skills
