About the Role
To leverage analytical skills and strategic thinking in developing and implementing comprehensive business plans that align with organizational goals, optimize resource allocation, and drive sustainable growth. Committed to fostering cross-functional collaboration and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes.Support our sustainable business growth of existing portfolio and develop new business by maintaining the strong relationship with our business partners and clients via the different host the event and massive communication
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of business plans and strategiesConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform planning decisions.Analyze financial, claim and operational data to identify trends and opportunitiesPrepare sales reports and dashboards to present insights to managementWork closely with different teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, marketing to gather input and ensure alignment on business objectivesFacilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus on planning initiativesSupport the budgeting process by coordinating inputs from various departmentsMonitor budget compliance and provide variance analysis to stakeholdersTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.Recommend adjustments to plans based on performance data and feedbackPrepare sales presentation / communication materialPrepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of business plans, processes, and procedures.Generate regular reports for senior management on planning progress and outcomes.Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and new initiatives.Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope and budgetsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years working experienceGood communication skills to simplify complicated benefit design to layman termsGood personal skills to liaise with business partners and external partiesProficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written, Putonghua a plusWith relevant insurance license is preferredOthers:
