About the Role

Motivate agents, sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets

Responsibilities:

Communicate and build relationship with agents support and push CS business

Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents

Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers

Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable

Provide coaching and training to support staff

Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met

Perform any other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

University graduate with minimum 6 years sales experience in employee benefit and pension field

Good product knowledge

Good communication skills

Able to manage a project/event independently

Good command of English and Chinese

Tactful interpersonal relationship

Good presentation and team building skills

Self-motivated and customer orientated

Preferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensed

Others:
