Join Crystal ski, as a Resort Accounts Controller and you’ll be a key link in the chain between our resort teams and our suppliers, providing essential accounts and admin support to enable our resort teams to focus on delivering amazing customer service. 

ABOUT OUR OFFER

Salary of €2100 gross per monthIf you are a local resident and have your own accommodation, we offer a Cost of Living Allowance from €300 gross per month on top of your salary Accommodation and bills included. ABOUT THE JOB

Set up the sales database at the start of the season and maintain it throughoutAssist with the training of resort staff on accounts processes Manage accounting data and card payments from a group of resorts, working closely with the resort teams Liaise with resort staff to confirm weekly customer bookings, work through variances and assist the accounts processing team with reconciling invoices for payment Assist with credit card payment issues Maintain excellent supplier relationships and respond to their queries quickly and efficiently 

 ABOUT YOU

You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life and are looking to balance this with a structured office-based role You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player and overall, just a true people person with the ability to quickly build trust with both colleagues and suppliersDigital know-how, willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible Crystal Ski products & servicesYou manage your time effectively whilst your attention to detail is high and you always produce work to an excellent standardYou’re self-motivated and able to work on your own and as part of a team. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can adjust quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyYou have strong communication skills and are comfortable explaining detailed processes to othersYou are detail orientated and demonstrate a high level or accuracy and thoroughness in all tasksYou are highly numeric and prior related experience in the industry and/ or finance and accounting is preferred but not requiredFluent in verbal and written English; with additional European languages an advantage
