In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a range of activities crucial to integrating customer voice and driving cross-vehicle strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading Strategic Marketing Initiatives: You will lead and support key U.S. Marketing projects and studies, such as those focused on Brand Signature Content, to develop strategic and tactical marketing solutions that bolster our cross-vehicle consumer marketing efforts. Driving Go-to-Market Strategy: You will take the lead on developing and executing comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for cross-vehicle initiatives. This requires close collaboration with a wide array of internal partners, including Marketing Communications, Consumer Marketing, Product Marketing, Integrated Services, Digital Product, IT, and Program Management, ensuring seamless and impactful launches. Implementing Brand Framework: You will be instrumental in bringing our new Ford brand framework to life by leading the Go-to-Market strategies specifically focused on the brand signature content experience across the lineup. Ensuring Messaging Consistency: Partner closely with the Integrated Services Marketing team to ensure consistent and accurate product and connected services messaging is reflected across critical customer touchpoints like window stickers, order guides, and communications directed to our dealers. Communicating Insights & Driving Decisions: You will be responsible for synthesizing complex information and developing concise, compelling presentations that clearly articulate insights, build strong business cases, and effectively lead to informed decisions by stakeholders and senior leadership. Supporting Global Cross-Vehicle Efforts: You will support cross-vehicle brand, features, product, and launch studies and deliverables as part of a collaborative global team. This involves synthesizing a variety of data sources, including customer research, connected vehicle data, revenue and take rate studies, and broader Consumer and Brand Marketing initiatives, to provide a holistic view.
