**Your day at NTT DATA**
As a Cross Technology Sales Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in CX/EX and contact center technologies to pursue and secure qualified leads. This quota-bearing role involves identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
**What you'll be doing**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain expertise in CX/EX and contact center technologies.
+ Support sales closures with deep domain knowledge.
+ Address technology challenges during the sales process.
+ Engage with clients to understand their business goals and propose suitable solutions.
+ Conduct client workshops and presentations.
+ Identify and act on new sales opportunities.
+ Work close with client managers and solution architects within NTT globally
**Knowledge and Attributes:**
+ Experience working with Genesys, Cisco and Microsoft as vendors.
+ Proven success in achieving sales targets.
+ Proficiency in delivering engaging sales presentations.
+ Knowledge of competitors and effective sales strategies.
+ Client-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
+ Knowledge of platforms like Microsoft Teams Calling, Cisco Webex, and other cloud-based collaboration tools
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in IT, sales, or related field.
+ Preferred certifications: SPIN, Solution Selling, relevant technology/vendor certifications.
+ Dutch language skills
**Experience:**
+ Sales experience in technology or services.
+ Understanding of IT Managed Services.
+ Proven track record in solution-based selling.
+ Experience in selling complex cross-technology solutions to senior clients.
+ Strong networking skills within the specialist area.
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of CX/EX and contact center technologies, ready to drive sales and build strong client relationships.
On average 2 days a week to the office.
