**Your role and responsibilities**
As System Service Representative at IBM, you will be responsible for the:
* Cover multiple clients (remotely and onsite) for IBM Power, Storage, and OEM servers
* Support incident handling, account support, and project services.
* Manage escalation to IBM Global SME and become the local interface to client.
* Manage escalation to OEM or TPM, and become the local interface to client
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Has at least 1 year of experience in System Service Rep for IT Projects / Professional services
* Skill required: Primary IBM Power. Secondary OEM (HPE, Dell, Lenovo)
* Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English to be able to discuss and communicate business/technical subjects with clients.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* AIX
* Linux
* OS400
