Cross Currency Solutions Sales - Payments - Vice President

Leverage your problem-solving skills as a key member of the EMEA Cross Currency Sales team to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive customer-centric strategies. As a leader in solutioning, collaborate closely with the Sales teams to deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clients’ needs.

 

As a Vice President in Cross Currency Solutions Sales team, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures FX solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with the stakeholder teams. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and providing tailormade solutions in conjunction with the Product teams. 

 

Job responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategy for growing the cross-currency payments P&L in EMEA to meet P&L and new business targetsManage the pipeline effectively, including target list development, execution from pre-sales to mandate acquisition, deal closure, and reporting to senior managementDevelop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also drive marketing efforts Lead solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectivesServe as a subject matter expert on cross-currency preposition in JP Morgan on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current FX and payments industry trendsCollaborate on training and collateral materials to enhance pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskill internal and external stakeholders on product knowledge

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

BA or BS from a top-tier program or equivalent Excellent product-oriented sales experience and acumen with excellent client facing skills. Able to work under direct portfolio growth targets, in a competitive environmentAble to demonstrate the relevant level of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of productsExtensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basisExperience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problemsDemonstrable prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organizationDemonstrable Foreign Exchange (FX) sales experience 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills   

Proven knowledge of transaction banking, FX, cross-border payments and Channels
