You will develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple regions, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives. Key Job Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end marketing campaigns for cross-border initiatives • Develop data-driven marketing strategies to drive international growth • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights • Manage promotional calendars across multiple regions • Create and optimize marketing content for different markets • Work backwards from customer needs to develop marketing solutions BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree • 2+ years of professional marketing experience • Experience with marketing analytics and data-driven decision making • Experience managing marketing campaigns and promotional activities • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding business goals PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or related field • Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing • International marketing experience • Additional language proficiency • Experience with Amazon Advertising Console or similar platforms • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques Basic Qualifications - 2+ years of program or project management experience Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
