Main Purpose
Be the regional technical advisor for integrated solutions of our CP portfolio. Transform technical topics into commercial growth opportunities. Technical sponsor and support of our internal teams with a territory perspective.
Your mission Will be to
Lead and develop a strong relationship with key advisors in order to generate a better understanding local CP technical opportunities.Influence key advisors (1st and 2nd order) and selected growers supporting the business needs, with emphasis in being the technical referent for regional groups (Key Advisors, CREA & AAPRESID, selected farmers).Responsible for the local training plan according to marketing and sales priorities in the region.Support new product launching and business directions (products needs process).Anticipate market demands based on relationship with key advisers.Support product claims as it is indicated in the claims resolution process.Connect with Seed and Digital Expert to deliver as a team the Bayer´s integrated solutions to farmers and key advisors.Technically support demand generation process, protocols and field trials.Connect with R&D and Business Mission Teams of all technical and value proposal issues and opportunities about our business crops.

Agronomist Bachelor’s degree or other correlated courses in Agriculture (Forestry, Agriculture Engineer etc.) or Biology with more than 3 years of experience in Agricultural Business.Specializations, Master or Doctorate will be considered, but not mandatory.Advanced Product, Portfolio & Agronomic Knowledge (soybeans, corn, cotton, crop protection and agronomic practices).Basic knowledge of Business Engagement Plans (Product Forecast, Generation Demand, P&L, GP, Budget) Knowledge and Management of Digital Tools / AnalyticsIntermediate Field Research skills (Data generation, protocol design, statistic)Basic English skills (Read)Location: Sur de Santa Fe
