Per diem rate: $185/hour Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital | Hazleton, PA 4 ORs | 150 beds | L4 Trauma| Level 1 NICU 3 ORs start 7 am to 3 pm; 1 room, 7 am to 6 pm 2,600 cases | General, ortho, urology, | No hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds | OB (500 deliveries) Call every other | Work next day Care team model EMR–EPICRequirements
