Responsibilities Lead CRM Brilliance: Architect CRM strategies, communication plans, and best-in-class customer journeys across channels. Champion Test & Learn: Implement frameworks that inspire experimentation and ongoing optimization. Be the Client’s Go-To Expert: Build influential relationships with senior clients and collaborate as a trusted advisor. Inspire & Educate: Energize your team and clients through compelling presentations and the transfer of breakthrough strategic knowledge. Steer Innovation: Stay ahead of digital and CRM trends, acting fast on new platforms, data opportunities, and creative breakthroughs. Partner Across Disciplines: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with creatives, developers, account leads, and producers to deliver world-class work. Qualifications 8 - 10 years of agency/marketing experience with a focus in strategic marketing Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience in cross-functional teams Ability to provide strategic guidance in the conceptualization and development of CRM campaigns and programs across various industries including telco, retail e-commerce and financial services Highly organized and able to prioritize and provide leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multi-discipline environment Strong analytical skills and ability to identify insights and new ideas through data Excellent verbal, written and communication skills Familiar with marketing automation platforms Additional information Publicis Canada is committed to building a diverse workforce representative of our community.
