We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Excellence & Analytics team, and play a key role in supporting and improving CRM processes across regions.

Job Responsibilities

You'll work closely with Sales, Technical Support and other business units to:

Shape and deploy new CRM features based on user stories Roll out CRM functionalities and support users during implementation Create engaging training materials (videos, presentations, guides) Analyze business needs and identify CRM improvement opportunities Support data mass loads and CRM user management Be a go-to person for CRM-related questions and operational support Background & Skills

We believe in a can-do mindset and open communication. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be both collaborative and self-driven — someone who thrives in a multicultural team, yet enjoys taking initiative.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international setting Strong communication & collaboration skills, with a service-oriented approach Great command of English – spoken and written Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel A natural interest in digital tools and making daily work more efficient

Nice to Have:

Experience working with Salesforce (Sales or Service Cloud) Understanding of contracts and audits within CRM German language skills Background in Economics or Technical studies (Bachelor/Master) Project management experience Employee Benefits
