In this role, you will be primarily responsible to provide CRM logging support to sales teams, for both Quotes and Orders, that will ensure customer request for quotes (RFQs) and purchase orders (POs) are handled in a timely manner and fulfilling Emerson quality standards.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Registering in the electronic system all RFQs and POs from customers in a timely manner; Processing all inquiries arriving on the customer Portals; Processing incoming Mail from customers and redirect to specific Business Unit; Ensuring accurate CRM logs based on Emerson standards and procedures; Maintaining an updated CRM database by adding new Customer contacts and accounts; Sending acknowledgement of receipt for RFQs and POs to customer; Assigning CRM tasks to the responsible person in the Sales Office;  Providing support to the Sales team that meets customer requirements and ensures the highest standards of presentation; Updating CRM database with the relevant information for every query that is being logged.

For This Role, You Will Need:

University degree Proficiency in English language (verbal and written) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Experience with an ERP system Knowledge of German language 1 year experience in an administrative role would be considered a plus;
