CRM Quotes and Order Logger

The CRM Quotes and Order Logger plays a key role in supporting business operations by ensuring accurate and timely registration of customer requests in Emerson’s systems. This role involves logging Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs), maintaining an updated CRM database, and supporting the Sales team with high-quality information flow. The ideal candidate is meticulous, customer-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments while collaborating with remote and virtual teams. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Register in the electronic system all RFQs and POs from customers in a timely manner Ensure accurate CRM logs based on Emerson standards and procedures Maintain an updated CRM database by adding new customer contacts and accounts Send acknowledgements of receipt for RFQs and POs to customers Assign CRM tasks to the responsible person in the Sales Office Provide support to the Sales team to meet customer requirements and ensure the highest standards of presentation Update the CRM database with relevant information for every logged query Maintain soft copy documents Facilitate archiving of all documents used in the logging phase in OCM Be flexible and handle urgent enquiries received at the sales desk

For This Role, You Will Need:

Excellent English (written and spoken) – any additional language is a plus Customer focus and strong interpersonal skills PC skills: MS Office, Internet, ERP systems Ability to work effectively in virtual and remote teams

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Previous experience with CRM systems and order logging Background in customer service or sales support roles Familiarity with document archiving systems (e.g., OCM)
