In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Register in the electronic system all RFQs and POs from customers in a timely manner and send acknowledgement of receipt.
Maintain an updated CRM database by adding new Customer contacts and accounts while ensuring accurate logs based on Emerson standards and procedures.
Assign CRM tasks to the responsible person in the Sales Office and provide support to the Sales team.
Update CRM database with the relevant information for every query that is being logged.
Maintain soft copy documents and handle mailbox management when needed.
Facilitate archiving of all documents used in the logging phase in OCM.

For This Role, You Will Need: Excellent English (written and spoken) Customer focus PC skills: MS Office, Internet, ERP systems Ability to work in virtual and remote teams Flexibility, depending on urgent enquiries received at the sales desk
