CRM Product Lead (US Oncology)

The CRM Product Lead is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the vision, strategy, and end-to-end delivery of the next-generation CRM platform for US Oncology. This role is accountable for pioneering transformational CRM capabilities, with a strong focus on omnichannel integration, user-centered design, and enterprise-scale impact. Operating as the primary advocate and architect for CRM innovation, the CRM Product Lead partners with Global IT, commercial leadership, integration partners, and field & HQ customers to align global and local needs, lead large-scale integration efforts, and ensure the CRM platform creates measurable value, competitive advantage, and outstanding customer and user experiences. 

Accountabilities:

Own, define, and articulate the long-term vision, strategic roadmap, and success metrics for the US Oncology CRM platform of the future, aligning with business transformation and digital engagement goals. 

Identify and champion adoption of emerging CRM technologies, including omnichannel, AI/ML, and data analytics, to ensure US Oncology remains at the forefront of customer engagement. 

Serve as the central business lead for all large-scale integration efforts, representing US OBU requirements in global forums, and proactively shaping enterprise CRM strategies to meet business needs. 

Lead cross-functional, cross-regional, and cross-partner teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver complex product features and system integrations across the organization. 

Develop and manage the master implementation roadmap—including phasing, business process redesign, technology onboarding, and change management—to ensure timely and efficient delivery. 

Sponsor enterprise-wide change management and user adoption programs, bringing together communications, training, field/HQ alignment, and feedback cycles to ensure seamless rollout and continuous improvement. 

Monitor, evaluate, and report on CRM platform performance using robust critical metrics and analytics; lead iterative enhancements and innovation cycles based on real-world usage and future market trends. 

Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with senior business, IT, vendor, and field leaders to drive consensus, resolve risks, and steward resources for maximum impact. 

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree 

Minimum 8+ years of experience 

Demonstrated experience in commercial functions (Sales, Sales management, marketing, commercial operations, analyst) in roles of progressive responsibility with a consistent track record of strong performance 

5+ years of Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare commercial experience (Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Commercial Operations) 

Demonstrated expertise with omnichannel CRM, large-scale digital platform implementations, and system integrations (Salesforce, Veeva, or equivalent). 

Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills  

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. 

The ability to hold yourself and others accountable  

The ability to work collaboratively across multiple areas or accountability (both direct and indirect)  

Strong commitment to customer success and customer experience  

Desireable Requirements:

Proven experience guiding complex transformation projects and influencing at senior- and executive-level customer groups across regions and functions. 

Proficient in data analysis, project management, and experience with Agile/Hybrid methodologies. 

Ability to build and sustain positive relationships that influence with and without authority.  

Demonstrated excellence in communication both written and orally.  

Experience managing external partners and vendors.  

Forward thinking and ability to adapt and flex according to business needs and priorities.  

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.  

Ability to review and publish high quality FSIP deliverables 

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint   

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. Advanced Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation and Other Factors:

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $180,875.20 - $271,312.80. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
