YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Analytics

Work alongside CRM and the brand marketing teams & various regions:

Identify business opportunities to increase customer experience & upsell opportunities.

Recognize & Map untapped opportunities related to the main objectives: acquisition, sales, and customer lifetime value

Read and react: Analyse data, propose an action plan, and monitor.

Recommend potential boosting tactics with a focus on acquisitions and|or sales, retention & life cycle management

Support a shift from campaigns management to life cycle management 

Have a strong understanding of customer needs, both existing and potential.

Support collaboration with marketing data and insight team to define KPIs and goals across different segments and identify trends

Deepen consumer knowledge on behaviors (engagement, purchasing cycle, retention, buying intentions).

Optimize the CRM program to deliver upon overall business objectives.

Processes

Work alongside your team members and partners, you will map marketing automation processes that will support brands:

Gather CRM objectives.

Build recommendations & plan the best path to achieve goals.

Bring plans to stakeholders & influence.

Prioritize initiatives and timelines.

Assess feasibility and work with CRM specialists to elaborate a detailed execution plan.

Elevate marketing competencies through an active and informed global marketing community.

Participate in workshops and training aligned with the vision.

Support initiatives to develop and propel a unique and engaging CRM culture globally.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.

At least 7+ years of relevant experience in customer relationship management and strategic planning.

Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation (multi-channel) and data analysis tools.

Knowledge of Adobe Campaign solution or Salesforce is an asset.

Professional-level English communication skills (written and spoken).

Eager to engage and innovate.

Ability to work in collaboration with different divisions of the organization.

Good communicator.

Great problem-solving skills and creativity.

Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.

Ability to prioritize work and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.

Ability to lead medium-scale projects.
