CRM Marketing Project Manager
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a CRM Marketing Project Manager to lead the execution of customer communication campaigns across email, direct mail, bill messaging, and renewal notices. This role is focused on project management—not people management—and is responsible for guiding initiatives from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external advertising agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand standards and customer experience goals. While agencies handle the creative design, this person must understand the creative process, write effective creative briefs, and translate complex marketing strategies into clear, customer-friendly messaging. Skills and Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, especially in CRM or customer communications  - Ability to manage customer communication projects from start to finish - like emails, direct mail pieces, messages on customer bills, and materials that support the sales team.  - Write and develop creative briefs that guide agency partners through campaign development.   ○ Experience working with advertising agencies or external agencies Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Understanding Subscription based services  - Previously working at a telecom company Experience working with advertising agencies
