Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Salesforce CRM IT Manager to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, as well as oversee the integration and utilization of related systems like Oracle Eloqua, Salesloft, and Analytics. This role will ensure a seamless experience across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and enterprise resource planning platforms, driving operational efficiency and enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As the Salesforce CRM IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all systems work together efficiently to provide a 360-degree view of our customer relationships and business processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Salesforce Administration & Optimization

Manage and optimize Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ Cloud), ensuring alignment with business processes and maximizing platform capabilities.

Customize Salesforce (e.g., workflows, page layouts, fields, automation) to meet business requirements and improve user adoption.

Ensure that Salesforce is fully integrated with Oracle Eloqua, Salesloft, PowerBI, and Oracle ERP systems for seamless data flow and enhanced reporting.

Integration Management

Lead and manage integrations between Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua (marketing automation), Salesloft (sales engagement), PowerBI (business intelligence), and Oracle ERP (enterprise resource planning).

Oversee the data synchronization between these platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and real-time availability of customer and business data across the organization.

Troubleshoot integration issues and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve them promptly.

Marketing Automation & Engagement

Oversee the integration and optimization of Oracle Eloqua with Salesforce, ensuring smooth marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns.

Manage the integration between Salesloft and Salesforce to ensure sales engagement data, such as emails, calls, and activities, are captured and analyzed effectively.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Leverage PowerBI to create dynamic, insightful dashboards and reports, providing leadership with actionable data on sales, marketing performance, and customer service metrics.

Build custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce that pull data from PowerBI and other integrated systems to ensure a single source of truth for business decision-making.

Automation & Workflow Optimization

Design and implement automation using Salesforce tools like Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex triggers, as well as across integrated platforms.

Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks and improve business workflows, including marketing campaign automation via Oracle Eloqua and sales engagement processes via Salesloft.

User Support & Training

Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and integrated systems (Eloqua, Salesloft, PowerBI, Oracle ERP) support issues, providing troubleshooting and resolution assistance.

Develop training programs, documentation, and best practices for users across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service) to maximize adoption and efficiency.

Data Integrity & Security

Maintain the integrity and quality of data across Salesforce, Eloqua, Salesloft, PowerBI, and Oracle ERP, ensuring that all platforms are synchronized and data is accurate.

Ensure all systems comply with data security standards, including user access control, encryption, and adherence to relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Project Management & Strategic Alignment

Lead and manage projects related to the implementation, upgrade, and customization of Salesforce and its integrated systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver CRM, marketing, and analytics solutions that drive business growth.

Vendor & Licensing Management

Manage vendor relationships for Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua, Salesloft, PowerBI, and Oracle ERP systems, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and any technical issues are resolved quickly.

Oversee licensing and subscription renewals for all integrated systems, ensuring cost-effective usage and compliance.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

Experience with Oracle Eloqua and Salesloft integration with Salesforce for marketing automation and sales engagement.

Strong knowledge of PowerBI for creating reports, dashboards, and analyzing data across multiple systems.

Familiarity with Oracle ERP integration and data flow between CRM and ERP systems.

Experience with CRM data management, reporting, and analytics, ensuring seamless flow of data between Salesforce and other platforms.

Proficient with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow Builder, Apex triggers).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues across integrated systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Developer certifications a plus.

Familiarity with Oracle Eloqua and Salesloft integration techniques and best practices.

Experience with PowerBI integration for business intelligence and reporting.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Understanding of web services, APIs, and data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$116,700.00 - $176,055.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
