CRM Data Governance Specialist

Responsibilities:

Establish and lead a CRM Data Governance Forum to align stakeholders on data standards, policies, and priorities. Prepares both ongoing and ad-hoc reports of high complexity to support business goals and objectives. Acquires and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy and reasonableness. Collaborate across teams and leaders to address complex data cleanliness needs and organizational challenges, ensuring high-quality and well-structured CRM data. Leverages deep business acumen to consult and anticipate reporting needs. Is well informed on business decisions in aligned business area and proactively adjusts reporting strategy. Stays abreast of advancements in reporting technology and participates in continued learning of technological advancements and business strategy trends in their aligned business areas. Communicates results of reports to leaders and management. Support technical requirement gathering for data-related enhancements and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Monitor and report on data quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving remediation efforts. Reviews queries for performance issues, making changes as needed. Acts as team expert for escalated query or report-writing issues. Leads design and development of the system, as well as creation of user documentation. Partner with IT, data analytics, and business teams to ensure CRM data supports strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.

Experience in data governance, CRM systems, and Digital Product Management preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Boomi, Jira, and Tableau.

Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
