• Function as the CRM champion in the lead generation to order process.
• Interpret CRM data and provide key takeaways and action needed from those insights to CRM stakeholders through monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Drive and lead internal CRM projects such as CRM for retail channel and CRM account journey.
• Deliver effective CRM, QMIS, NCR/RCA systems end user training and follow up to ensure end users are well trained and are able to efficiently utilize the tools.
• Drive internal process alignment and monthly pipeline management / analysis via CRM.
• Harvest data from various data sources such as CRM, BCI Asia, IMA Asia and ASSA ABLOY Openings Studio and integrate to perform seamless analysis.
• Analyse and interpret complex datasets using advanced statistical techniques, create insightful visualizations to communicate findings, develop and implement predictive models to forecast trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams to address their data needs, and continuously enhance data analysis processes through industry best practices and innovative methodologies.
• Support end user inquiries and CRM support tickets from the internal users.
• Set up and conduct internal forums to drive and spread CRM best practices.
• Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to locate and correct data quality issues.
• Manage and develop the QMIS SharePoint and NCR/RCA product quality system.
• Prepare monthly product quality reports to related stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly CRM retail engagement reports to related stakeholders.
• Prepare quarterly market economics reports to all the General Managers.
