1. Responsible for aggregating and tracking all database marketing campaigns on a shared marketing calendar to ensure that all enterprise teams are aligned and all marketing campaigns are deployed timely and strategically.
2. Proofs all creative and variable content across channels and communicates/executes necessary changes to ensure accuracy of programs.
3. Assists CRM team in the deployment of campaigns (email, mobile, etc.) and works to deploy on time.
4. Works with creative team to brainstorm and design variable content that aligns with the direction of the organization.
5. Monitors customer journeys across systems to help deliver consistent quality guest experience.
6. Coordinates database marketing initiatives to share property wide via online tools.
7. Fields customer and employee calls related to database marketing campaigns.
8. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in multiple communication channels including direct mail, e-mail, mobile or social media required.
Prior experience working with a customer database preferred.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (Ksa)Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality and act in a manner consistent with all legal and regulatory requirements and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Must be personable and professional, capable of using caution and discretion in communication.
Licenses, Certifications And RegistrationsAt the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
