For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com . **Attività previste:** La risorsa ricercata sarà inserita nell’area CRM, in cui si definisce la strategia e le attività di marketing legate allo sviluppo del business relativo all’offerta dei giochi online, con l’obiettivo di pianificare ed implementare le campagne promozionali e di comunicazione sulla _customer base_ o su target specifici. **Nello specifico:** + Implementare e sviluppare la strategia di CRM sulla _Customer Base_ o su particolari segmenti a valore; + Creare le campagne di CRM end-to-end. Campagne promozionali e campagne di comunicazione che ottimizzano _l’engagement_ e l’esperienza del giocatore su tutti i _touch-point_ ; + Monitorare ed analizzare le metriche di performance con l’obiettivo di valutare il successo delle iniziative e identificare aree di miglioramento; + Collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte per migliorare i processi di business nell’ambito del CRM, nonché garantire la corretta comunicazione e allineamento tra i diversi stakeholder interni ed esterni. **Requisiti:** + Avanzate competenze analitiche con capacità di utilizzare _data-driven approach_ per tutte le decisioni strategiche; + Precedente esperienza professionale maturata su progetti in ambito CRM, segmentazione dei clienti e _lifecycle management_ ; + Utilizzo pregresso di strumenti di CRM, piattaforme di marketing automation e software a supporto del data analytics; + Ottime capacità analitiche e _data-driven approach_ ; + Forti capacità di risoluzione dei problemi; + Ottime capacità di comunicazione, precisione, autonomia, organizzazione e orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati; + Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese; + Conoscenza del mercato del gaming online italiano costituirà titolo preferenziale. **Esperienza professionale / Seniority:** 2+ esperienza in CRM in ambito digitale/e-commerce o consulenza. **Titolo di Studi:** Laurea Ingegneria, Statistica, Informatica, Matematica, Fisica, Economia Aziendale o similare. **Smart working:** Possibile per questa posizione. \#LI-JB1 Brightstar is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, and to creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged.
