CRM Campaign Manager

Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-facing individual responsible for the end-to-end project coordination of email campaigns for Publicis Toronto, with a focus on custom projects. Ideally, you have a solid working knowledge of Liquid code or AMPScript and have previously managed dynamic email campaigns/journeys using CRM tools such as Braze, Salesforce, or a similar platform. Familiarity with APIs or other complex coding syntax is considered a bonus. Above all, the right candidate will have a passion for tinkering, learning, problem-solving, and a desire to grow into a more technical role as part of their career path. Responsibilities As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will execute project requests from various teams, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them. You’ll become an expert in building campaigns and conceptualizing how to achieve desired outcomes using tools like API calls, product data, personalization, webhooks, and Liquid for timestamp calculations and more. With guidance and oversight from your manager, you will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, ensuring each campaign is executed flawlessly, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. You should demonstrate a solid understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodologies, possess a strong grasp of user experience and email development, and have the ability to deliver robust, flexible solutions. The successful candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong passion for email marketing and CRM. Qualifications University degree or college diploma in a multimedia, interactive, technical field, or equivalent experience 1 – 3 years of project management/production experience in an interactive or integrated agency environment regarding a CRM role (e.g., Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Marketing Cloud Specialist, Email Developer, Campaign Operations Manager, Adobe Campaign Specialist, CRM Specialist, etc.) Strong working knowledge of Liquid script, AMPScript, SSJS, Handlebars, JavaScript, XML, or similar syntaxes In-depth understanding of email development methodologies and best practices Knowledge of mobile/responsive design and development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information tactfully Proven ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines without compromising quality Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, wireframing/workflow tools, and online collaboration/ticketing platforms (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet) Ability to learn and adopt new platforms and software rapidly Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills Additional information Publicis Canada is committed to building a diverse workforce representative of our community.
