YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
CRM Strategy & Development:
Ability to design and implement CRM strategies that align with business objectives.
Skills in driving adoption of CRM tools and strategies within an organization.
Proficiency in audience segmentation and tailored communication strategies.
Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and leverage customer data for personalization and optimization.
Campaign Integration & Execution:
Integrate and manage marketing campaigns in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
Oversee the daily execution of email deployments for various projects.
Manage timelines, resources, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
Campaign Testing, Optimization & Monitoring:
Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.
Analyze customer data (email, sms, etc) to identify trends and insights.
Develop and share internal best practices to enhance campaign performance.
Identify & implement opportunities to streamline processes and reduce execution complexity.
Monitor and manage opt-out requests to ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain the integrity of email lists and audience segmentation.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience working with Adobe Campaign Classic. Knowledge of ACC query process and database management is an asset.
Strong understanding of other CRM systems and marketing automation tools (ACC, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer segmentation.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
