**Overview**
The CRM Account Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring seamless use of the CRM system, and executing data-driven campaigns to enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role bridges client needs with business strategies, while driving measurable results through effective account and CRM management.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
+ Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
+ Plan and execute targeted campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty, etc.) to drive customer engagement.
+ Segment customer data to deliver personalized communications and offers.
+ Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
+ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize customer journeys.
+ Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and strengthening client relationships.
+ Stay updated on CRM tools, technologies, and best practices.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
+ Experience in CRM, account management, or digital marketing.
+ Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
