As our Critical Operating Engineer, you'll be the guardian of our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring its heartbeat never skips a beat. This isn't your average 9-to-5 – it's a high-stakes adventure where your expertise will keep our critical systems running at peak performance 24/7.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

Become the master of our facility's pulse, from the hum of HVAC systems to the buzz of electrical grids.Dive deep into the intricate world of fire safety, mechanical marvels, and electrical wizardry.Transform into a multi-skilled superhero, mastering one craft while being proficient in others.Be the sentinel of our 100% uptime, ensuring our critical environment never falters.

Your Typical (yet extraordinary) Day:

Command our central command center, monitoring and fine-tuning our life-support systems.Engage in thrilling troubleshooting missions, conquering challenges that would make lesser mortals quake.Become one with our building management systems, responding to alerts faster than a speeding electron.Analyze, deduce, and execute solutions with the precision of a world-class detective.Safeguard our environment by mastering the art of hazardous material management.Evolve into the ultimate critical environment guru, ready to tackle any crisis. Juggle work orders like a pro, interfacing with vendors and customers with finesse.

Who should apply?

A high school diploma or GEDA valid state-issued driver's license3+ years of building engineering experience (bonus points for hands-on critical environment expertise).The ability to decipher blueprints like ancient treasure maps.A way with words - both written and spoken (you'll be our ambassador to tenants and teammates alike).Microsoft Office skills that would make Bill Gates proud.

Extra Credit for:

A 2-year technical degree (because knowledge is power).Experience with Corrigo, MCIM/Salesforce, or Service Now (the tools of the trade).Certificates that prove you're a master of your craft.

Pay $37/HR+ depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with on-call 24/7 for emergency response.

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, stooping, and working/extending overhead, and lifting 50lbs+.
