Global Security protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. As an Alarm Monitoring professional within our Global Security Team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, researching, reviewing, and analyzing alarms, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. You will be part of a dedicated 24/7/365 team within the GSOC, providing monitoring, escalation, and response functions to Critical Facilities (CFs) in the North America portfolio. Reporting directly to the GSOC Manager, you will have the opportunity to engage with an exciting, dynamic and important portfolio of work. Your responsibilities will include the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, security guard management and alarm response, incident management, corporate building security and customer/visitor/client safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, pre-employment screening, security operations on a global basis, and fraud Investigations.
