Responsible for providing operational support for building systems in the facility.
Responsible for overseeing employees work and ensure adherence to operational procedures. In addition to completing assigned tasks in the data center.
Accurately log all activities and maintenance tasks into the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Monitor and maintain building systems, including power, cooling, and safety equipment.
Track ongoing and completed maintenance work, ensuring proper documentation.
Serve as the liaison for customer communications, including clients such as Oracle, Microsoft, Google, financial institutions, and other server space users.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all documentation and communications.
