Crisis Response Management Team Leader

**About the role**
As a Crisis Response Management Team Leader, you will make an impact by supporting one of our most important clients by gathering real-time information on natural disasters or climatic catastrophes, both globally and regionally, and reporting this information to the client. You will be a valued member of the Crisis Response Management team and work collaboratively with our clients and internal teams.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead a team responsible for delivering information and generating knowledge about global and/or regional climatic or ecological events that affect people's lives in various parts of the world.
+ Obtain information from various sources, news, or tools, organizing and classifying the data for effective communication.
+ Directly contribute to the dissemination of obtained information, enhancing public awareness of global and regional climatic or ecological events.
+ Work based on the standards and processes established by the client.
+ Familiarize yourself with the client's services and policies.
**Work model: Remote**

**What you need to have to be considered**
+ 1-2 years of experience leading teams.
+ Experience leading customer support teams, managing KPIs, providing feedback, and conducting one-on-ones.
+ Students or graduates in Atmospheric Sciences, Political Science, Journalism, Communication and Media Management, Marketing, and related fields.
+ Advanced oral and written English.
+ Initiative, responsibility, and openness to teamwork.
+ Good communication skills and excellent client interaction.
**These will help you stand out**
+ Knowledge of Meteorology (not mandatory).
+ Experience in gathering and reporting real-time information.
+ Ability to organize and classify data effectively.
+ Familiarity with the client's services and policies.
+ Experience in working with various sources and tools for information gathering.
