Our Crewing Officers work a combination of shifts covering 24/7 and this means you get a real opportunity to manage your work/life balance. During your down time you could be taking advantage of our great travel discounts to visit new destinations.
Your language skills in Dutch, English and ideally French will be key as you will also work closely with your Crewing colleagues in Belgium and the UK.

You understand the impact of not getting things rightYou’re a great communicator and understand the importance of building relationships with your local and international colleagues You are eager to learn, quite curious and love to continuously learnYou’re happy to work shifts (day – night) and weekends because this results in really flexible free time around your workYou are very comfortable with Dutch and English languages (both verbally and in writing) and ideally have a good level of French as well.
