JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Sports is looking for a Crewing Coordinator to join their team! The Crewing Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of crewing, including but not limited to; union and non-union freelance employee travel and the booking of local hires, the building/applying of crew sheets in Playbook for all relevant events, the reviewing of payroll data in FOX PAY, and following up on any items that seem inconsistent or incorrect (In/Out times, meal breaks, travel days, time zones, meal breaks, and allowances/craft fees, etc.). The Crewing Coordinator will also support the hundreds of freelance hires that may need assistance with respective systems. They will also assist the Vice President/Directors and Managers with any upcoming events and/or projects.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate booking technician travel, building crew sheets and reviewing times daily/weekly through our internal systemsLead the coordination efforts with department and package leadWork independently and follow through on all necessary adds, changes, and/or needs for broadcast as it relates to the below the line non-exempt union and/or non-union hiresCheck availability and send confirmations of local hires which include dates, positions, and ratesAssist everyone (including VP, Directors, Managers) in the department with prep work for upcoming sports and projectsHelp track production reports that come back from the field, send out crew sheetsParticipate in special projects as needed. (Jewel Events, such as World Cup or Super Bowl)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the aptitude to communicate with all levels of managementIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Able to build financial spreadsheets using basic mathComputer literate with Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Sheets and various IT shared platforms for scheduling and payroll systemsAbility to work independently and be resourcefulComfortable working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking with attention to detail, accuracy and excellent follow upAble to travel, or be on-site as needed

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-35.00 per hour for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $21.25-29.00 per hour for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
