We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Crew Lead / Leading Hand to join our Water Industry team. You’ll take charge on-site, guiding a small crew through hands-on work for example, pipe repairs, trench digging, operating machinery, installing fittings, managing traffic and safety set ups just to name a few. Every day brings new challenges, and you’ll play a key role in keeping the city’s water infrastructure running smoothly.

ABOUT YOU
Skilled in maintaining and repairing water and sewer infrastructure, including asset inspections and emergency repairsAble to read and understand construction drawings on siteStrong focus on safety, completing all required safety and quality paperworkTeam player with the ability to mentor and support fellow crew membersHold or willing to obtain relevant tickets: MR/HR Licence, White Card, Certificate III (or equivalent), plus Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid, Asbestos, Excavator ticketsMust have full working rights in Australia and ability to complete a pre-employment medical
