Credit Systems Business Analyst Manager, Vice President, managing a global team of 2-4 business systems analysts and project managers.  This position will also be the product lead for Global Credit Finance’s (GCF) Loan IQ loan platform, related applications and processes. The team manager will be located in Boston.  Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office.

What you will be responsible for

As Credit Systems Business Analyst Manager you will be responsible for:

Team Management: Oversee a team of 2-4 business analysts and project managers supporting GCF product lines, client administration and loan operationsSystems Ownership: Lead the management of key systems supporting Global Credit Finance — ensuring ongoing system stability, performance, and alignment with evolving business requirements.Strategic Execution: Drive enhancements, assess new tools, and help shape the platform roadmap as the group evolves.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with front, middle, and back-office teams to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and translate business needs into technical execution.Implementations & Enhancements: Lead and support system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations. Coordinate and perform mapping of functional and non-functional business requirements to test scenarios and validating corrections in collaboration with business and IT stakeholdersData Architecture & Governance: Develop and support robust, scalable data flows and collaborate with Data Governance to ensure reporting and compliance needs are met.Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.Training and Support: Provide training to business users and mentor junior team members. Act as a go-to resource for all things related to supported systems.Support Management: Liaise with GCF IT team, Downstream consumers and third-party vendors to manage support, enhancements, SLAs, and licensing.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.6-8 years of experience in system analysis, product management, or a similar role. A minimum of 6 years experience in financial services.Advanced experience in loan servicing

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $187,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
