How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Qualifications

Working experience in Japan Operations with knowledge including card products and system Strong analytical approach to problem solving & strong team player Excellent written and verbal Japanese. English communication skills will also be advantageous Strong analytical approach to problem solving & strong team player
