Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe. **Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:** + Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers using financial data and credit reports. + Managing financial transactions, reviewing customer payment information, researching payment histories. + Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess risk and payment behavior. + Set and monitor credit limits in accordance with company policy. + Recommend credit terms and conditions based on risk assessments and internal guidelines. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit files and documentation. + Prepare credit risk reports and aging analysis to support decision-making. + Work with Collections Analysts, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve credit issues. + Ensure adherence to company credit policies and procedures. + Maintaining records for auditing purposes, including order; actively participate in SOX compliance reviews. + Support management by addressing customer credit issues. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in credit processes and systems. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or a related field. + Minimum of one year of experience in a finance, credit, or collections role. + Combination of acceptable training, education, and experience + Must possess effective written and verbal communications skills. + Should be able to demonstrate PC proficiency in MS Word and Excel as well as learn any corporate or industry software used by the position. + Basic accounting skills required. + Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage. + Fluent in both written and spoken in English + Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus + Customer-oriented + Strong work Ethic Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job. **EEO Statement** NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
