The Credit Products Shared Services Analyst is responsible for executing a variety of initiatives and activities which support the Credit Products organization. Analysts will work closely with other Credit Products and cross-functional team members to scope, plan and execute initiatives and activities including enabling scalable, high-quality support for the streamlined underwriting vertical, financial statement spreading and related shared service functions across the Commercial & Private Banking division. The analyst serves as a key liaison between Credit Products colleagues, external vendors, and cross-functional partners. In addition to overseeing outsourced support, the role also contributes to key initiatives that improve credit underwriting processes and support frameworks across multiple business units.This position requires strong judgment, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining clear and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
Guideline & Procedures Development
Provide input into standardized underwriting frameworks, including use cases like small borrower streamlined UW and ACH only and commercial card-only credit support.
Support the creation and periodic refresh of guidelines and procedures supporting third party and related activities across CPB in collaboration with Credit Risk and Credit Products Operations.
Underwriting and Portfolio Monitoring Support
Provide onshore financial spreading support during high-demand periods or when vendor services cannot meet turnaround requirements.
Provide direct support for underwriting and portfolio monitoring activities for the newly created streamlined underwriting vertical.
Process Expansion & Stakeholder Enablement
Support the rollout of third party support to new business units within the Commercial & Private Banking organization.
Serve as the point of contact for process questions and operational escalation regarding third party support.
Ensure training materials, job aids, and process documentation are accessible and kept up to date in collaboration with the Credit Products Operations team.
Vendor Governance & Oversight
Lead governance efforts for third party engagements to ensure high quality, timely output for Credit Products teams.
Track and evaluate performance across all third party engagements in CPB; escalate and resolve service delivery issues as needed.
Act as the primary liaison with internal Credit Products partners to assess the quality of vendor work and execute on agreed performance standards.
Project & Contract Management
Maintain a centralized contract repository, including third party statement of work (SOWs) and amendments.
Support execution and tracking of concurrent initiatives across Credit Products Shared Services, using appropriate project management tools and documentation methods.
Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions
Analyzes and resolves problems.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) 7+ years relevant experience in the financial services industry
Minimum experience required: 4+ Years experience in commercial credit analysis preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
Familiarity with financial statement spreading, credit underwriting workflows, and syndicated or direct commercial lending.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education level preferred: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
Formal credit training or experience in commercial credit underwriting preferred.
Experience working with third-party vendors or offshore teams is highly desirable.
