Job Description
Our North America Credit Management Team fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere where everyone's ideas are valued and working together is necessary for our success. You will work in hybrid model within our office in Katowice.
You will report to Credit Management Team Lead.
Your Responsibilities:Collections activities on North America Customers portfolio Reconcile Customer accounts to identify disputes, overpayments, process clearings and oversee offsetting of credits and debits. Provide overall customer service to assigned accounts in matters concerning their accounts receivable balance and dispute resolution. Communicate with product sales departments, project administrators, field sales, and service personnel to resolve Customer disputes. Classify past due accounts for monthly reporting to management. Make recommendations on accounts or items that are potentially uncollectable and update Bad Debt Reserve file. Use BOT or HighRadius automation as part of the process. Develop good working relationships with relevant teams across different areas throughout the organization. Maintain accurate information within the system, in compliance with company policies Support financial audit. Focus on achieving work group's goals and strategies. The Essentials - You Will Have:2+ years working experience in Shared Services (OTC or AR) Very good command of English (written & spoken), Working knowledge of Excel.
