The student filling this position learn more about Lean process and teamwork and make an impact on our business by contributing directly to improve the measure of response time metrics and give us a tool to have visibility of the performance of each member of the origination team. * **Duration of the internship / Hours: minimum 6 months** **Specific benefits** • University insurance for youth employment training (FOLA) provided by the company. • Amount of S/ 1,100 per month to cover expenses related to the development of the program. **What you will do:** 1. Create an action plan to automatize metrics in credit department. 2. Automatize existing reports that allow the establishment of efficiency metrics and their monitoring. Using Power BI 3. Present to supervisors and managers the findings of the review and proposed goals. 4.
