YOUR TASKS

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Credit Controller to join our team at DHL on a 6-month contract.

The Credit Controller main role is to:

Handle a portfolio of account receivables in an efficient and effective manner and in accordance with DHL targets. As well as provide a top-class account controlling support for customer’s through pro-active account management to ensure that they receive the highest level of service.

Main Tasks:

To actively promote and ensure DHL trading terms and conditions are being adhered to by the customer.To contribute knowledge and expertise toward resolving reoccurring billing issues.To maximize collection effectiveness from all customers in a timely and professional manner.To ensure distribution of invoices and statement of account to all credit customers within a pre-determined time frame.To maintain efficient records of collection activities.To drive debt collection, involve in customer interactions, handle queries, and billing disputes.To coordinate resolution of sales and customs disputes according to escalation procedures.To identify bank checks and electric bank transfer allocation issues and coordinate rectification with responsible team.To monitor credit accounts and report delinquent customers to OTC Manager for review and action.To monitor credit limit of accounts and ensure proper action is taken.Work Location: Airport Head Office.

YOUR PROFILE

\n\n\n\tPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus\n\tFluent in English and Arabic\n\tGood MS Office knowledge\n\tStrong communication skills (especially strong telephone skills), both verbally and written\n\tStrong negotiation , and problem solving skills\n\tCustomer Centric\n\tDetail oriented\n\tWell- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units\n\n\n
