We’re searching for a Skopje based Credit Control Specialist to join our Global Financial Control team, so that we can ensure efficient collections and maintain healthy financial operations across our customer base. The Credit Control Specialist will support our accounts receivable function to drive timely collections and resolve client queries, contributing to RLDatix’s financial health and operational excellence. How You’ll Spend Your Time Managing accounts receivable ledgers across the group, focusing on the North American region to ensure timely payment of customer billings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to resolve queries and improve collection rates. Implementing systems for tracking inbound queries in order to manage outstanding balances efficiently and handle new queries promptly. Supporting regional Billing Specialists with billing activities to maintain accurate and timely invoicing processes. Collaborating with global colleagues to resolve invoicing and accounts receivable queries to keep account information up to date. What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having Experience in collections/accounts receivable within a fast-paced, international business environment. Proven success in reducing outstanding debts and effectively managing customer relationships. In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable processes and customer account management. Ability to commute to a North America office. Sincere interest in improving healthcare through operational excellence. A knack for working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
