We’re looking for a German-speaking Credit Collector to join our EMEA Credit team based in Quedgeley. **Your Role:** As a Credit Collector, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely collections, monitoring credit limits, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers across Kohler’s EMEA businesses. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage day-to-day credit and collections for EMEA trade customers + Act as first point of contact for collection issues and blocked orders + Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and attend customer visits + Reconcile key accounts and escalate unresolved disputes + Maintain accurate customer data and support month-end reporting + Proactively manage large accounts and support ad-hoc credit projects **Skills/Requirements** + At least 1 year’ experience in a credit role or experience within a finance or customer service environment + Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
