Reporting to the Cluster Collections Supervisor, this position is responsible for maximizing the collection of overdue funds from customers using a range of collection methods. The Collections Specialist will also manage reconciliation discrepancies, disputes, and foster strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with French/ German/ Italian-speaking customers, making a significant impact in client relationships and payment management.Key Responsibilities:Maximize the collection of overdue funds from customers through calls, emails, and other methods.Identify reconciliation differences and manage disputes, ensuring timely resolution.Regularly review customer accounts to support accurate and efficient collections.Respond to customer inquiries about overdue accounts and provide necessary account information.Provide customers with invoice copies and statements to facilitate payment.Prepare reports and assist Collection Specialists with invoice extraction and payment settlement.Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.Qualifications & Profile: 1-4 years of experience in collections or related roles (upstream/downstream departments).Fluent in French OR Italian OR German, with strong proficiency in English.Experience with SAP and intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).Ability to collect overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships with customers.A strong focus on meeting and exceeding collection targets.Effective in building relationships and communicating promptly with clients.Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle high volumes of work.Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Open to Hybrid workBenefits Meal Vouchers (30 ron per each working day)  Life Insurance  Private Medical Care  Holiday Allowance  Christmas and Easter Bonus  Extra vacation days (Birthdays and 1 additional day added every year of employment)  Annual Bonus (Target based)
