YOUR TASKS:

Actively manage and coordinate credit collection for an assigned portfolio of customers in alignment with DP DHL process guidelines and policies in an efficient and effective actively promote and ensure DHL trading terms and conditions are being adhered to by the customer

Contribute knowledge and expertise toward resolving recurring billing issues.

Maximize collection effectiveness from all customers in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain efficient records of collection activities.

Drive debt collection, involve in customer interactions (including customer visits as deemed necessary)

Coordinate the resolution of sales and customs disputes according to escalation procedures

Identify cheque and electric bank transfer allocation issues and coordinate rectification with the responsible team

Monitor credit accounts and report delinquent customers to Team Leader for review and action.

Monitor the credit limit of accounts and ensure proper action is taken

Coordinate master data, billing, and collection issue resolution with internal and external customers as deemed necessary and in coordination with the team leader and supervisor

YOUR PROFILE:

Good telephone conversation/handling skills

Effective communication and conversational skills

High customer focus and service orientation

Advanced MS Office knowledge

Intermediate presentation skills

Fluent in English: written and verbal communication

2 years of experience in credit collection

Bachelor of Accounting/Finance or relevant majors.
