SALARY RANGE:
$16 – 19 per hour

 

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Seeking a candidate with customer service experience, willing to train to learn to process credit applications, account set up and third party financial transactions to join our team.  

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Process third party financing transactions. Responsible for conducting customer credit investigations, granting new credit and adjusting existing credit limits when necessary. Set up accounts. Maintains customer credit files. Maintains customer accounts including Sales Tax Exemption updates, high proficiency in data entry required. Prepares acknowledgement of credit review letters and credit granted to Sales Manager, District Sales Manager and Customer. Assist with incoming phone calls. May be required to run local errands as requested.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of related work experience. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional company image. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Attention to detail is very important Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
