Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Credit and Collections Specialist who will play a crucial role in resolving billing issues, processing payments, reviewing and releasing credit holds, and managing accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
ResponsibilitiesResolve billing issues to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.Process payments efficiently and accurately.Review and release credit holds in a timely manner.Handle credit requests with diligence and attention to detail.Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments are made.Essential SkillsExperience in credit and collections for at least 2 years.Familiarity with credit process and commercial collections.Ability to conduct credit analysis and review aging reports.Proficiency in using Excel for data management and reporting.Knowledge of JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate degree is highly preferred.Commercial experience is required.Work Environment
The role requires working onsite with a team of four members plus the manager, from Monday through Friday. While some team members operate in a hybrid setting, flexibility may be available. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
