About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for credit and collections? We’re looking for a bilingual Credit and Collections Agent to join a dynamic Accounts Receivable team. In this role, you’ll manage a high-volume portfolio, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure timely collections—all while delivering top-tier customer service.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of 500–600 B2B accounts, ensuring timely collections and account reconciliationInvestigate and resolve outstanding invoices, deductions, and payment discrepanciesMonitor credit limits and manage order releasesRespond to internal and external customer inquiriesPrepare documentation for deferrals, write-offs, and credit notesMaintain accurate records of daily activities in the ERP systemCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in collections and accounts receivableStrong background in order release and customer serviceBilingual in French and English (spoken and written)Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems (e.g., AS400, Maestro – an asset)Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentCollege or technical diploma in accounting or a related field

Nice to Have

Experience with Maestro or AS400Familiarity with credit notes, reconciliations, and B2B collections processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
