Descripción del empleoREPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES: Activities and duties will vary dependent upon functional area assigned. Activities may include, but are not limited to:
Review and analyze credit applications and risks.
Maintain individual as well as department standards.
Through research and analysis, report and annotate findings and make decisions as needed.
Interact via phone or in writing with clients.
Review and disposition credit decisions inside and outside system recommendations using grid and bureau information.
Meet all timelines as they relate to the underwriting process.
Work closely with the management team with application monitoring.
Make recommendations for credit limits on new accounts and increase credit lines on existing accounts.
Detect and recommend corrective actions to any changes/problems in a timely manner.
Maintain productivity and accuracy targets.
Make decisions to place significant past-due customers with a collection agency.
Prepare regular reports for dissemination to applicable Finance or Accounting departments.
Review new accounts for creditworthiness.
Participate in management reviews of significant past-due accounts receivable status reporting.
Review and release customer orders on credit hold in the order processing system.
RequisitosBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
4-6 years credit or related experience.
Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of credit analysis.
Strong math and credit analytical skills.
Strong oral, telephone and written communication skills.
Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software.
Strong typing and data entry skills
