**About the role**
The Credit and Collections Analyst is responsible for managing and recovering accounts receivable in the mass consumption sector. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can analyze client portfolios, ensure accurate financial records, and resolve discrepancies efficiently. The position is based in Polanco Miyana and is part of the Finance department.
**Your responsibilities**
+ Manage client portfolios and provide personalized follow-up
+ Analyze databases and apply income accurately
+ Review and validate discounts according to company policies
+ Identify and resolve account discrepancies
+ Prepare and manage credit notes
+ Address collection delays with urgency and effective solutions
+ Optimize operational processes
+ Generate and interpret financial reports
**The experience we're looking for**
+ **Education:** Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Administration
+ **Experience:** 2–3 years in credit and collections, preferably in retail, wholesale, or pharmaceutical sectors
+ **Language:** Intermediate English
+ **Skills:**
+ Administrative and accounting knowledge
+ Client reconciliation and collection assurance
+ Use of company portals for accounts receivable
+ Proficiency in Excel and Word; SAP is desirable
